Delivery Policy

  • Deliveries are only available Monday to Saturday, from 8am to 8pm. We are unable to provide an exact delivery time.
  • Deliveries are only available within Adelaide Metropolitan Area.
  • Next day delivery is available Monday to Friday for orders placed before 10:30am [ACST].
  • Saturday delivery is available for orders placed before Friday 10:30am [ACST].
  • If the recipient is not available to receive their gift, the courier at their discretion will determine if the gift may be left safely.
  • In the event that the courier finds restrictions to do so (e.g. electric security gate, unsecured dog), the gift will be returned to Floristry on Chandlers where the gift may be redelivered incurring a $20 fee.

Floral Substitutions

Flowers are subject to seasonal availability, however in the event that any of the flowers used in our floral designs are unavailable the florist at their discretion will use suitable substitutions. Substitutions will always be kept within equal quality, value and within the theme of the chosen floral design.

In the event a vessel (basket/vase) that is pictured is not available we will choose a vessel keeping within style and value.

Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you 24 hours from the time you receive the goods to arrange a replacement.

Please email us at info@floristryonchandlers.com.au within that time so that we can resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to goods that have been damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product, or if they have been dropped or broken.
